• Refund will be initiated once the product passes the quality check from our quality control team.

• It will take 2-3 working days to initiate the refund.

• You are expected to receive the refund amount in your bank account within 4-5 working days after the initiating the refund.

• The amount will be credited back to the bank account via (Internet Banking, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card) that was used to make the purchase.

• Regardless our earnest attempts to keep our clients happy there are times when you could want to return the outfit for number of reasons.

• In the uncommon possibility if you wish to return the merchandise, please follow the below guidelines.

Return/Exchange Policies

• The Brand follows a 7 day return/exchange policy in which the merchandise can be returned or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• House Of Hind allows a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, of a wrong size or different from the one which was ordered.

• Note: The product color differs from screen to screen due to varying screen settings. A return or exchange of the product for this reason will not be accepted. You can however clarify the color related doubts with our support team. Our team can guide you via video call to show the original shade of the product.

• The product to be returned must be unused & in the same condition in which you have received it. The product must have all the tags and should be in its original packing.

• Easy Return : Our customers are requested to follow the below procedure for an easy return.

• Customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping cost. If the brand is at a fault then we shall return the shipping charges through banking medium.
