WASH CARE
For Sarees & Garments:
- Never hand-wash or machine-wash silk saree or garments.
- In case the saree / garment gets stained, immediately wipe the stain off with cold water.
- Never hang a silk / silk cotton saree / garments to dry in direct sunlight as doing so will cause the colour to fade.
- Don’t keep the saree / garment bundled up as this will result in the threads of the zari/embroidery work getting entangled.
- Store the saree / garment in a light cotton muslin cloth. This will give the saree /garment breathing space and will prevent one saree / garment from sticking to another when kept in a pile.
- Don’t store the saree /garment in a plastic cover as this will cause the gold zari to turn black.
SHIPPING DETAILS

- It generally takes around 2 working days to ship your order. However we try to ship the product as soon as we get the order. However if you have ordered multiple products then the shipping timeline may get extended.
- At Hind we have domestic as well as international shipping available.
- The products will be delivered within 7 working days to a domestic location. For international location it will take 8 to 12 working days. However we try our best to get the products delivered to you as soon as possible.
- The tracking details of your product will be sent to you via email.
- Shipping charges are applicable and may vary from one city to another, also is based on the packaging size.
- For international orders customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country.
- Incase the customer does not pay the custom duty or any additional import duties then the customer will have to pay shipping charges which will then be deducted while initiating the refund.
- In order to make the delivery process hassle free the customer is requested to provide us the complete address with pin code, contact number and alternate contact number.

- All our products and its packaging are quality checked before shipping. If in case you receive a damaged package do not receive it , contact our support team on immediate basis, send us the pictures of the damaged packing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- The Brand follows a 7 day return/exchange policy in which the merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Fall Pico and polish of the saree is complementary from our end, but if you get that we have to cut the blouse piece of the saree from it and it becomes a non returnable product.
- For other indo-westerns and ready made outfits- the altered outfits per your measurements are not returnable.
- House of Hind allows a return only if the product received is damaged, defective, of a wrong size or different from the one which was ordered.
- The product to be returned must be unused & in the same condition in which you have received it. The product must have all the tags and should be in its original packing.
- Note: The product color differs from screen to screen due to varying screen settings. A return or exchange of the product for this reason will not be accepted. You can however clarify the color related doubts with our support team. Our team can guide you via video call to show the original shade of the product.
